To protect our property values, our Homeowners Association has legal covenants that homeowners are legally bound to when they purchase a property in Wellington Park. This prevents people from doing things like raising goats and chickens, painting their house pink, etc.  The management company audits for compliance, and issues letters for non-compliance.  Failure to correct a problem will lead to fines, and if they are not paid, there will be a lien on the property.  This protects our property values.
