OUR REMODELED CLUBHOUSE REALLY ROCKS!


 

If you were not at the clubhouse for the annual meeting, you missed seeing one of our great neighborhood assets.  The board recently contracted with one of our neighbors, Katie Carrera, to remodel the clubhouse.  All floors were redone with carpet or wood, the kitchen was gutted -- with new appliances, counters, sink and cupboards being installed.  A new paint job with very cool colors was completed, with new drapes and blinds.  You can rent the clubhouse for any event, just check out the forms link to apply.  If you invite everyone in Wellington Park, there is no rental charge!

Donn: I plan to order max turbo internet, If I choose to lower that to the next lowest plan in say 2 months, is there any charges?

Shane: There is no charge for upgrade or downgrade the service.

Donn: and is the service locked in for any length of time?

Shane: There is no contract with AT&T U-verse service. The service is on a month to month basis.

Shane: For the better assistance, could you please tell me which State you're located in and the zip code?

Donn: NC and 27518 ... ok, do all receivers have an hdmi output for using an hdmi cable?

Shane: Thank you for this information.

Shane: Yes all the receivers have HDMI output.

Shane: Do you currently have local home phone service (not wireless phone service) with AT&T?

Donn: yes I have 2 land lines with ATT

Shane: Are you looking to order TV and Internet service?

Donn: yes, both, and so do I get any extra deal with that phone service, and If I move a number or two to VIOP can I keep my phone numbers?

Shane: During the order process you can enter the number to check whether you can keep the same number or not.

Donn: ah ok. and no extra deals since i am att land line customer?

Shane: As you make the selection on the order page, you will able to see the discount and other deals you will qualify for ordering the service online.

Donn: except i was trying to upgrade the internet to max turbo but it will not let me click that radio button

Shane: I am sorry, that means Max Turbo is not available at your location, you can order Internet Max plus for now.

Donn: ah ok, you think it might be avail at a later time?

Shane: You can order TV, Internet and Phone service with or without contract.

Shane: Yes it will be available later as we are upgrading  the service.

Donn: so you mention i can have or not have a contract, what is the advantage of a contract?

Shane: There are different promotions that you can able to see if you order the service with or without contract.

Donn: ok, i have not seen that yet. I have everything selected but am undecided on the VIOP since it seems everyone with VIOP has horrible service.... voice breaking up and alll.

Shane: You can keep the Home phone service you have and just order TV and Internet service for now.

Donn: i see. have you had any person every say your VIOP with uverse is less quality than what they had with a land line?

Shane: There is no contract for TV and Internet service.

Donn: right, is there a charge per movie for VOD right?

Donn: how much money per movie if you know?

Shane: Most videos can be purchased at the following prices: $4 for new releases; $2 for catalog shows.

Donn: and ondemand is just for hbo and the premium channel, or?

Donn: ah, automatically or do i have to do something to be sure i get that?

Shane: So you will get Video On Demand free for the HBO/Cinemax if you order it with U200 TV plan.

Shane: You just need to order that package during the order process.

Shane: Please select TV plan and click on "Finish set up" and select HBO/Cinemax package to get it free for 3 months and then click on next and select the number of receivers or TV and click on "Save" to complete the selection.

Donn: i see now, was looking at that ...

Donn: the on demand service is not for premium channels i was asking for. TWC has an on demand channel, you can watch tv series shows that ran the previous week, adn past weeks for free. there is an on demand channel, that just lists a bunch of tv series or old movies you can watch on demand for free, that is what i was referring to. we dont need hbo or any of that , we never watch any of their movies..

Donn: so do you have that type of on demand service, for non premium tv series types of shows?

Shane: I am sorry with U200 TV plan on demand is not free.

Donn: ok, with other plans, are there on demand channels that let you watch past tv series, or it is just the premium channels that have on demand?

Donn: just wondering about outages, do you publicize outage %ages. for instance, some computer systems are up 99.9% of the time..

Shane: I am sorry I do not have information on  that, you can call our customer care service team to get detail information.

Donn: no big deal, dont worry about it, i doing the phone part now

Donn: so If i order 2 phone lines and kill my ATT land lines, will they automatically discontinue the land line service? and i assume it uses the same phone wiring I have today?

Shane: It is not required to cancel your current  service. It will be automatically upgraded to AT&T U-verse service.

Donn: so i am ordering 2 phone lines, and ordred the unlimited plan...
